Unfortunately, I do not accept returns. However, I try my best to ensure the quality and condition of all the cards that I send out. I am also transparent if you would like to inquire about any further details of the card, its condition, or any potential flaws.
On District, I have a great shipping deal: $6 for your first purchase and then everything free after that, whether it's a single card or 30 pounds of cards. Some higher end cards even have free shipping!
I try to ship within about 3 days, but never more than 1 week unless you ask me to hold them (like if you're on vacation or not receiving mail).
On eBay, I will use the eBay standard shipping for around $1.45 for lower-end singles and bubble mailers with tracking ($4-5) for almost everything else.
I never ship in plain white envelopes. I don't want to take the risk of your card(s) getting destroyed in a mail sorting machine. While this means shipping is never less than $1.50 or $2 for a single in any circumstance, it also means that I can reasonably protect your cards so that they have the best chance of arriving intact.
Yes! Of course. Please feel free to interact with me on Twitter/X (@baseballcadre), Instagram (@baseballcadre) or send me an email at steve@baseballcadre.com
The short answer is no.
Unfortunately, many collectors (or those who inherit collections from family or friends) greatly overestimate the value of their cards. Cards from the 1980s and 1990s in particular were overproduced, so they retain little value (even cards of well-known superstar players from this era). See: What is the "Junk Wax Era"?
Currently, the only cards I am interested in obtaining are short print or serial numbered cards; autographed cards; vintage (1910s-1960s) cards; professionally graded cards; or rare card editions.
Yes. Please contact me at steve@baseballcadre.com to discuss consignment.
I sometimes acquire professionally graded cards. When I sell them, they are usually listed on my District or eBay stores.
I focus on baseball and basketball. Sometimes I get my hands on soccer or American football cards, but rarely do I receive the quantity to where can I ensure a consistent and quality curated inventory. When I do find such cards, they usually go in my eBay store.
